2. Requesting a Refund

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, our team will review your case and respond within 7 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.


4. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already commenced on services with immediate activation (e.g., consultancy, IT solutions, digital marketing).

  • The client cancels within the current billing month.

  • Termination notice is given without grounds for service dissatisfaction.

Clients may terminate services at any time with written notice (via email or text). Future payments will be halted, but no prorated refunds will be granted for the current billing cycle.


5. Customer Responsibilities

To be eligible for a refund, clients must:

  • Clearly communicate any issues or concerns promptly.
